I.Application:
The Upward Continuous Oxygen-free Copper Rod Casting Machine is designed for producing high-conductivity oxygen-free copper rod, when changing the mold clamping wheel,can also produce other specifications of copper rods,copper pipe and other section shape strip product.

2. Working Process:
Cathode copper/Scrap copper→melting furnace→transition house→holding furnace→casting machine (crystal molding) →casting rod→ take-up device → on sale or further producing
3.Equipment Components
 
Three-combined furnace, continuous casting machine, rack of directive wheels, speed controller, two-stroke coiler, cooling system, temperature test system, and cathode charging system, electric control system.
