1. Oxygen Free Continuous Cast Copper Rods Casting Machine
The oxygen free copper rod upward continuous casting machine was designed for the production of 8-20mm copper rods. The equipment can use copper cathode and qualified scrap copper products.

2. Two Rollers Vertical Rolling & Reversible Cold Mill 
This machine is used for rolling raw material thickness ≤4mm, width ≥200mm, the material can be copper flat ,plain carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal strip. Commonly used for rough rolling and semi-fine rolling of the above materials, the finished product thickness is ≤0.7mm.

3. Pot Type or Well Type Bright Annealing Furnace
It’s for 3mm copper busbar annealer, after annealing, no oxidation and dust.It has pot type and well type.

4. Hydraulic Automatic Draw Bench and Straightening Machine
The machine can be drawing of copper bars, copper rod and other materials .Finished products can achieve the goals of higher accuracy, brighter surface, greater hardness and elasticity and difficult deformation..

5. Automated Tin Plating Line for Copper Bus Bar
Automatic copper bus bar tin plating production line is composed of mechanical transmission part and electrolytic tinning plating part. It is continuous process and the thickness of tin can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of copper bus bar tin plating.
