1. Description of Tin Plating line
    Automatic copper bus bar tin plating production line is composed of mechanical transmission part and electrolytic tinning plating part. It is continuous process and the thickness of tin can be adjusted by adjust the speed of copper bus bar tin plating. Compared with the traditional hanging-plating type, this horizontal type production line is more efficient and low down labor strength. And the thickness of tin plating and color will be uniform, also the brightness uniformity. Besides, the washing water can be recycle used. During this production line, there will be less waste gas will be collected, so this production line will have no waste water and air discharge.

3. Main structure of production line
3.1 Charging and Transmission frame for Copper Bus Bar
 After drawing the copper bus bar surface should be bright clean and no oil. Then put the copper bus bar on the transmission frame. The transmission frame will move the bus bar to the transmission table roller and auto set upright then move into the washing tank. 
3.2 Conductive Washing Section
     Once traction machine of the conductive cleaning section receives the signal copper bar will be automatic clamped forward transmission and electrolytic degreasing deoil then complete cleaning process.
3.3 Anti Oxidation Washing Section
Anti oxidation washing process is for complete cleaning the surface of the copper bar before tin step.
3.4 Tin Plating Section
Tin section is divided into three segments which is mainly for uniform coating and controlling coating thickness. 
3.5 After Plating Washing Section
Use weak acid neutralizing cleaning the residual liquid of the copper surface which brought from the plating bath.
3.6 Warm Water Washing Section
Use warm water to further clean the surface of the copper bar.
3.7 Dry Section
Dry copper surface water by hot air blowing.
3.8 Take Up and Stacker
After finished tin plating for bus bar the turn over equipment will lay flat the bus bar and move the product to the stacker by transfer arm. The stacker framer will make sure each bus bar will be tidy prevent damage by setting the value according to the thickness of bus bar. 
3.9 Electric System
Including one main control cabinet and two operation boxes. Operating system is divided into plating parts and mechanical parts coating. Each section of plating is equipped with a traction device which is worked by received by the photoelectric sensor and transmit signal. The cabinet can be set to current voltage to ensure normal production equipment an process. The low voltage electrical machine will adopt Siemens or Schneider if there is any electrical parts there is no supply by Siemens or Schneider the supplier will adopt other famous brand product. The control system will adopt Siemens PLC (S7-200) and the motor will adopt the brand which Siemens joint venture brand in China.
3.10 Water Process Equipment
For the washing process equipment it will be used to process for the waste water of tin plating line and it can reach the circulation usage requirement.
